1. Product Overview
51403479-150 (MC-PHAI01) is a C-series high-level analog input card for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 DCS system, installed in standard C-series I/O rack slots and connected to C300 controller via redundant IOLINK field bus. It provides 8 isolated differential analog input channels for 4–20mA process transmitters, embedded HART 7 modem to realize two-way communication with field smart instruments, remotely accessing instrument calibration data, alarm codes, range information and device health status without on-site wiring disconnection. Triple 3000VAC galvanic isolation design eliminates ground loop and high-frequency electromagnetic interference from power plant thyristor excitation, large pumps and drive equipment. High-precision ADC circuit ensures stable measurement of critical process variables such as boiler pressure, turbine exhaust temperature, fuel flow and generator bearing temperature. On-board per-channel LED indicators and comprehensive fault monitoring logic record millisecond fault timestamps and upload to Experion HMI for maintenance troubleshooting. Conformal coated PCB supports wide temperature industrial cabinet environments, hot-swappable slot design allows single card replacement without system shutdown. Honeywell has phased out original new production, only surplus new stock and refurbished replacement spare parts available on the aftermarket.
